Engagement Outline

Engagements are typically structured:

  • Start in 2 days after agreements and formalities (NDA, Objectives, SoW, …).
  • Detailed Analysis delivered in 5 days.
  • Action Report in 10 days.
  • Execution Plan in 20 days.
  • Strategy Options in 50 days.

Days are elapsed contiguous (i.e. weekends are included).
